Bulk desk
One launch. A matrix. A CSV that behaves.
This is the house batch table — not a one-link form wearing a costume. Expand destinations, sources, mediums, and campaigns, or paste rows. We lowercase the values and hand you an export before standup.
How to write a bulk UTM batch that still reports as one campaign
A bulk UTM generator exists because product launches, webinar funnels, and retail drops rarely have one URL. They have a pricing page, a demo page, and a “we added a third page at 4 p.m.” page. They have Google, LinkedIn, and the newsletter. They have two hero creatives because someone lost a bet. Building those links one at a time in a generic campaign form is how Friday disappears.
Treat the matrix as a sentence. Destinations are the places people land. Sources are platforms. Mediums are channel types that GA4 can group. Campaign is the initiative — one name if it is one program. Content is the creative or placement. If you mint a new utm_campaign for every combination, your exploration report becomes a grocery list and nobody is checking out.
A pattern that stays readable in GA4
Example: two landing pages, sources google and linkedin, mediums cpc and paid_social, campaign spring-sale-2026, content hero-a and hero-b. That is a honest grid. You can compare channels because campaign stays still. You can compare creatives because content moves. You can compare destinations because the path changes and the tags do not fight it.
Keep values lowercase. Keep mediums on the house list: cpc, paid_social, email, social, display, affiliate. A medium named promo-mix will not impress a channel group. It will sit in Unassigned and wait for someone to notice in week three.
CSV rows when the matrix is the wrong shape
Some batches are not a Cartesian product. A partner gets one URL. An influencer gets another. The newsletter has three buttons that must not invent three campaigns. Paste rows as url, source, medium, campaign, term, content, id. Lines that start with # are comments. Export the result for Sheets, Ads Editor, or the ESP. Then sample one link in the decoder and one in the validator before money moves.
This desk caps a run at 400 URLs so a typo does not write a novella. Split a global launch by region or by channel. Your future self, filtering GA4 by campaign name, will act like they planned it.
Need a single link instead? Use the house builder. Need the classroom? Read naming conventions.
FAQ
UTM builder questions
What is a bulk UTM generator?
A bulk UTM generator creates many campaign URLs at once from a matrix of destinations, sources, mediums, and campaigns, or from pasted CSV-style rows. It is the practical alternative to building one Google Campaign URL Builder link at a time.
How many UTM links can I generate?
This tool caps a single batch at 400 URLs so a typo in the matrix does not spawn a small novel. Split large launches into channel batches.
Can I export bulk UTM links to CSV?
Yes. After generation you can copy every URL or download a CSV with url, source, medium, and campaign columns for Sheets, Ads Editor, or your ESP.
